ARRIVING KRABI AIRPORT

Pimalai Resort and Spa provides complimentary roundtrip Krabi Airport transfer for all our guests. Please kindly inform our reservation team your arrival and departure flight details at reservation@pimalai.com

PICK-UP FROM KRABI

If you are staying in Krabi mainland, you can meet Pimalai’s staff at Domestic Arrival Area at Krabi Airport, at Noon. Pimalai Resort and Spa will arrange complimentary roundtrip Krabi Airport transfer for you.

Should you wish to be picked you up from the hotel that you are staying, please kindly inform our reservation team at reservation@pimalai.com.
There will be additional surcharge at 2,000 Baht per van for pick-up / drop-off in Krabi.
Starting from 1 November 2024, the surcharge will be 2,500 Baht per van.

Please ensure to reconfirm your arrival details with our reservation so your journey to Pimalai will be arranged in the most effective way. Other guests may arrive from different places and by different means, and we coordinate all guests to arrive at Pimalai Jetty as close as possible to the boat scheduled departure.
There may be a small waiting time at the jetty for the boat departure, but rarly more than 30 minutes.

PICK-UP FROM ANYWHERE ON KOH LANTA

Pimalai Resort and Spa provides complimentary pick-up and drop-off (on check-in and check-out date) on anywhere on Koh Lanta i.e. Saladan Pier or other hotels.
Please kindly inform our reservation team your pick-up details at reservation@pimalai.com

Pick-up details includes:
Name of the hotel you are staying, pick-up time (we recommend 1:30 p.m. so that you will arrive Pimalai when your room is ready at 2 p.m.) or
Pick-up from Salanda and time of arrival at the pier (such as 1.30 p.m.)

ARRIVING PHUKET AIRPORT

A few options are available for arriving at Phuket Airport:

1) Van from Phuket Airport to Pimalai. Total travel time is 5 hours. Additional surcharge at 4,000 Baht per way.
Starting from 1 November 2024, the surcharge will be 5,000 Baht per way

2) You can arrange a taxi from Phuket Airport to Rasada Pier (https://www.mytransfers.com/en/), then
take a speedboat from Rasada Pier to Saladan Pier on Koh Lanta (https://www.bundhayaspeedboat.com/), then
let us know your arrival time at Saladan Pier, we will arrange a van to pick you up. Total travel time is 4 hours.

3) Arrange private transfer by van and boat from Phuket Airport to Pimalai’s beach (available from Nov – Apr only).
This service is operated by outsourced boat company.
Price per way is 29,000 Baht (subject to change, please reconfirm the current price with us).
Total travel time is 3 hours.
