For guest who booked their stay directly at Pimalai’s website or Pimalai’s Reservation Team, every 50 Baht spent = 1 point = 1 Baht.
For guest who booked their stay from other channels, every 100 Baht spent = 1 point = 1 Baht.

Upgrade to the next tier automatically when qualifying points are reached.
Downgrading every 3 years if qualifying points are not reached.
Point expire after 3 years. Automatically renewed if there is at least 1 room night within 24 months.
